Tucumcari Main-street Regeneration

Completed in 2024, this design and public art strategy proposed three activation scenarios aimed at enhancing public engagement with art in the urban environment to improve the quality of life in the public realm of Tucumcari. The approach located vacant plots and alleys, prime for social interaction in the mainstreet core, thus establishing these areas as potential pop-up markets, mural walks, and community gathering places.

As part of a strategic site selection study for a UAE-based developer seeking international opportunities for high-end retreat development, we undertook a comprehensive geographic mapping and a multi-objective spatial analysis exercise. The project aimed to identify, evaluate, and prioritize land opportunities that align with the client’s vision of creating unique, environmentally sensitive destinations in key global locations.
