Stadium Investment in Africa

30 of the 54 Confederation of African Football (CAF) member countries do not have CAF-or FIFAcompliant stadiums resulting in countries including Gambia, Kenya, Namibia and Zimbabwe being banned from playing World Cup and African Cup of Nations qualifying games in their own country.

This report explores the opportunity to reposition stadium investment in Africa as a catalyst for city-building.
