Advanced Urbanism

  • We have an extensive experience designing places and cities internationally working with multidisciplenary teams. We use Big Data and advanced tools to design location appropriate places which are optimSed to achieve best performance and design objectives.

  • Drawing on our extensive experience collaborating with international multidisciplinary teams to develop urban design guidelines and codes for numerous cities and regions across the Middle East. We have been instrumental in supporting these teams through rigorous urban data analysis and precise mapping. Additionally, our expertise extends to urban design and placemaking strategies, which play a critical role in defining and outlining future visions for city development and planning. These strategies align closely with each country's long-term visions and goals for sustainable development. By integrating our specialized knowledge and skills, we bring significant value to any team, enhancing their capability to create cohesive, sustainable, and visionary urban environments. Our approach ensures that the projects we are involved in are not only innovative but also practical and aligned with the latest global standards in urban development.

Spatial Analytics

  • We support other planning and design teams with our urban analysis and GIS expertise on planning processes, providing data-based spatial insights that enhance project outcomes. Our collaborative approach integrates seamlessly with existing workflows, ensuring that all stakeholders benefit from precise, contextualized information. This empowers teams to make informed decisions, optimize designs, and effectively address complex urban challenges.

  • We empower governments and private developers to make strategic, data-informed decisions in urban development. Leveraging advanced geospatial mapping and analytical methods, we provide a comprehensive understanding of urban landscapes, cities, and districts. Our services enable clients to pinpoint precise opportunities and navigate potential constraints, ensuring optimal decision-making across all scales of urban development. By transforming complex data into actionable insights and graphical maps, we help shape sustainable and efficient urban futures.

Placemaking

  • Utilizing Big Data and our deep expertise in urban design, we specialize in crafting curatorial plans for public spaces that integrate seamlessly with the cultural and social fabric of cities or districts. We focus on analyzing urban data to develop strategic frameworks that guide the placement and theme of art installations. Our collaborations with a broad network in the arts community enable us to recommend and coordinate with artists who can bring these visions to life.

  • We tailor strategies to revitalize cities and districts by harnessing the synergies between urban data analysis, design expertise, and cultural insight. We focus on transforming underutilized spaces into vibrant, functional areas that foster community engagement and enhance the quality of urban life. Through a meticulous process that combines the latest in big data insights and urban design strategies, we identify key opportunities for intervention—be it through art, landscaping, or architectural innovations. Our approach not only breathes new life into these spaces but also ensures they are aligned with the broader strategic goals of urban development and placemaking. By activating these areas, we help cities evolve into more dynamic, inclusive, and attractive environments for residents and visitors alike, contributing to the city’s cultural and economic vitality.
