Dammam Heart
As part of a strategic urban regeneration effort in Dammam and in collaboration with UrbanPlaceNetwork, Urban Col.labs supported the transformation of the King Fahd and Prince Saad Roads—two key city corridors—into more efficient, livable, and investment-ready urban environments aligned with Saudi Vision 2030.
We led early-stage spatial analysis and data integration, consolidating complex datasets from multiple stakeholders into a unified GIS framework. This enabled a clear understanding of development constraints, land use patterns, infrastructure gaps, and mobility challenges across the wider study area.
To empower rapid design decision-making, we developed a library of 3D urban typologies embedded with key development metrics (FAR, height, density, plot coverage). These modular models allowed the planning team to test and visualize multiple urban form scenarios in real-time, supporting efficient prototyping and alignment with policy goals.
By combining data intelligence with interactive tools, Urban Collabs helped deliver a clear and adaptable framework for shaping the long-term transformation of these critical urban corridors.
